Праздник приближения весны пройдет в Парке культуры и отдыха. Кинешемцев и гостей города ждет театрализованное представление с народными играми и состязаниями, горячими блинами и сжиганием масленичной куклы.

А в акватории р. Кинешемки состоятся соревнования по рыбной ловле на мормышку «Народная рыбалка».
